Our school has worked hard to build an inclusive culture of kindness, care and respect of our people and place. We call this 'The Lardner Way' and it is embedded in all that we do every day.

We have a positive approach to wellbeing in which we support students' individual development in emotional and behavioural regulation. This ensures an inclusive and kind school which creates an optimal learning environment for all.
